We had always dreamed of owning our own beach house and this house in Pelican Bay is just perfect. Its beautifully decorated with a modern flare and in a great location. Great location with easy beach access and upscale community amenities. My wife and I are planning on bringing my two boys back to IOP this summer and will look at Gigis Beach House as an option again. Every evening we enjoyed the sunsets on the back patio, it is only a hop, skip and jump from the beach and a few houses down from the pool. I will absolutely go back and recommend this house to anyone who says they are heading to Wild Dunes!

We stayed at Gigs beach house and had a fantastic time. Steven, Thank you Gabrielle! There is enough room to gather as a family, but also room to be alone if needed! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous home and let me tell you it was nothing short of fabulous. - Off-street parking for up to three cars -- you must park all three cars in the driveway or garage.

You can be at the beach in less than 5 minutes, hit the pool, then head back to the house for a snack and nap. * No. The previous owners have been renting this property for years with great reviews. Elevator not available for guest use at any time. What an amazing property and location! - Gas BBQ grill available for your use -- you must pull this grill out of the garage and onto the driveway for each use. The location of this house offers everything a family would need, including golf course views, wildlife visits from deer and a sweet alligator who lives in the pond below. The beach access is a short walk from the house. We had a great week. We love to be at the beach and so close to Charleston at the same time. The wine fridge and ice maker are all we need!!! This house is the nicest beach house we have ever stayed in.
Gigis house exceeded my expectations. Guests enter Gigi's Beach House by entering their code in the electronic door lock on the front door of the home. Guests staying at all Charleston Beaches managed properties receive the following: It is so lovely to hear that you had a great stay with us. This property was amazing. The staircase in the living room on the second floor takes you downstairs to the first floor, where you will find a bedroom suite with two queen beds and private porch, a laundry room and another staircase that takes you to the open game room below. Zero issues during my stay and I would definitely recommend this property to others looking to visit the Charleston area. You may not have more than 10 people in the home at anytime or have pets of any kind in the home. Two golf courses within minutes drive and everything you need in the home in order to enjoy a week or a few days. Gigi's Beach House provides the perfect getaway for a group of family or friends, as the numerous gathering & common areas as well as the home's four spacious bedrooms give you and your guests plenty of room to socialize and also provide the option to decompress & relax on your own.
